Lavender Split-tooth Dorid [Hypselodoris bullockii]
Description
Divers often notice this dorid for its soft lavender tones and the distinctive “split-tooth” look along the edge of its mantle. It tends to cruise slowly over rocky or reef surfaces, where its vivid color stands out against darker backgrounds. With a little patience, you may spot it tucked near sponges or other food sources.
