Lambis vietnamensis [Lambis vietnamensis]
Description
Lambis vietnamensis is a lesser-seen spider conch that divers may spot in suitable habitats where sandy or rubble areas meet reef structure. Its shell shows the classic spider-conch look—extended, sculpted projections that make it stand out against the substrate. Because it can be well-camouflaged, careful searching along the bottom is often the key to finding one.
