Jorunna pantherina [Jorunna pantherina]
Description
As its name suggests, this species can show bold, high-contrast spotting or patterning that resembles a “panther” on the sea floor. Divers may notice it perched on or near its preferred prey, where its striking look contrasts with the otherwise busy, camouflaged reef background.
