Humilis Lettuce Coral [Agaricia humilis]
Description
This species is also known as the 'flat lettuce coral' due to its flattened, leaf-like structures. Found predominantly in the Caribbean Sea, it thrives in a variety of habitats, from shallow to deeper waters. It is generally brown or green, and it tends to form large colonies that provide important habitats for many other marine species.
