Human Shark [Carcharhinus humani]

Description

Carcharhinus humani is an extremely rare and poorly documented species for diver encounters, so sightings are uncommon. If divers ever encounter a shark matching this identification, it would likely be in deeper or less-frequented coastal areas, appearing as a smooth, purposeful swimmer rather than a reef “resident.”
