Glassy Sea Slug [Aegires serenae]
Description
Aegires serenae, also known as the Glassy Sea Slug, is a small species of sea slug that is characterized by its transparent body which gives it a glass-like appearance. It usually measures less than 1mm in length. This species is predominantly found in the Pacific Ocean, particularly in the waters surrounding Indonesia and the Philippines. It is a nocturnal species that feeds on small crustaceans and algae.
