Description
The Giant Harp is a species of sea snail. It is known for its beautiful shell which resembles a harp or lyre in shape. The shell can reach up to 30 cm in length. It has a creamy yellow to brown color with vertical dark brown bands. The Giant Harp is found in the Indo-Pacific region, from East Africa to the Central Pacific Ocean. It typically inhabits reef environments and is carnivorous, feeding on other sea snails and bivalves.
