Galapagos Rift limpet [Lepetodrilus galapagensis]
Description
This species is found in the Galapagos Rift. It is characterized by a small, white, conical shell. Like others in its genus, it feeds on bacteria. It can survive in the high temperature and high sulfur conditions of hydrothermal vents.
