Euphyllia baliensis [Euphyllia baliensis]

Description

Divers often spot this species as a branching or lumpy coral with long, flowing tentacles that look like soft “fingers” reaching into the current. At night or when conditions are right, the polyps extend more fully, creating a lively, swaying display that’s especially striking in reef light.
