Eudendrium japonicum [Eudendrium japonicum]
Description
Eudendrium japonicum can appear as slender, branching colonies that grow upward from the seafloor or from encrusting surfaces. When polyps are active, the colony looks more “alive,” with small, upright feeding structures that can catch the light and add detail to rocky habitats.
