Edwardsia arctica [Edwardsia arctica]
Description
In colder waters, this anemone can appear as a low, anchored presence on the seafloor, sometimes partially hidden in sediment. Divers who slow down and scan carefully may notice its tentacles extended and responsive, creating a subtle, living texture against the rocks or sand.
