Description
The Diabolical Sleeper Ray, or Narke diaboli, is a species of electric ray in the family Narkidae. It is found in the western Indian Ocean, specifically around the coasts of Somalia. It is a benthic species that prefers sandy or muddy habitats in coastal areas. This species is characterized by its small size, nearly circular pectoral fin disk, and a short tail with two small dorsal fins. Like other electric rays, it is capable of producing an electric shock.
