Lepidozona coilodes, commonly known as the Coil-plate Chiton, is a species of chiton endemic to the southern coast of Australia. This species inhabits subtidal rocky reefs and is known for its distinctive coiled girdle. The Coil-plate Chiton is an herbivore, primarily feeding on algae.
