Cauliflower Coral [Pocillopora elegans]
Description
Pocillopora elegans often appears as compact, branching growth with a tidy, intricate look. Under the right light, its surface texture and the color of the colony stand out against sandy or rocky reef backgrounds. Divers may also see small fish and invertebrates using the branches for cover.
