Cassiopea mayeri [Cassiopea mayeri]
Description
Divers may encounter this upside-down jellyfish tucked into calm, shallow habitats where it settles on the bottom and holds its bell low. Its tentacles can be extended to feed, and the whole animal may slowly shift position as it responds to currents and light.
