Bush Coral [Seriatopora dendritica]
Description
Divers often spot this coral as a branching, bushy thicket of slender finger-like tips. In clear water, the colony can look like a delicate underwater hedge, with tiny polyps that may extend slightly when conditions are right. It’s a great example of how reef-building corals create complex habitat for small reef fish and invertebrates.
