Bunch Whale [Megaptera novaeangliae]
Description
Humpbacks are gentle giants, and divers sometimes encounter them during seasonal migrations. Underwater, you might see the slow, powerful movement of their bodies and hear the presence of whales through the rhythmic, sweeping flow of their dives—often accompanied by bubbles and occasional surface-to-subsurface passes.
