Bumpy Split-tooth Dorid [Hypselodoris whitei]
Description
This dorid nudibranch is a colorful, low-slung sight on rocky reefs and among sponges. Divers often notice its bumpy texture and distinctive “split-tooth” look, especially when it slowly glides along the substrate. Like many nudibranchs, it’s most often spotted during calm, careful searches for sponge growth.
