Blue-spine Nosefish [Naso unicornis]

Blue-spine Nosefish
Description

Blue-spine Nosefish are large, graceful reef residents with a prominent forehead “nose” and a striking blue tint along the spines. Divers may spot them hovering in midwater or slowly gliding over coral slopes, sometimes forming loose groups. Their size and smooth swimming style make them stand out, especially when they turn and flare their fins.
