Bay Anchovy [Anchoa mitchilli]
Description
A small, greenish-blue fish found in the Western Atlantic. They are typically 10 to 15 cm in length and have a distinctive silver stripe down their side. They are a schooling species and primarily nocturnal, feeding on plankton.
