Aurelia profunda [Aurelia profunda]
Description
As its name suggests, this species is often encountered in deeper or more offshore waters than many other moon jellies. Underwater, it appears as a soft, umbrella-like bell that slowly drifts and pulses, sometimes visible when divers descend into clearer, cooler depths.
