Aurelia hyalina [Aurelia hyalina]
Description
Aurelia hyalina is one of the more commonly seen moon jellies, recognizable by its clear, glassy bell and gentle pulsing motion. Divers often spot it in sheltered bays, near shore, or in areas with plankton, where it can drift close enough to be seen in detail before continuing with the current.
