Description
Divers may spot this cuttlefish cruising just above sandy or muddy bottoms, often pausing to hover and scan the seafloor. When it feels threatened, it can rapidly change its skin pattern and color to blend in, sometimes flashing subtle contrasts before settling back into camouflage.
