Description
Geodia hentscheli, or Arctic Sponge, is a species of marine sponge that inhabits the Arctic Ocean. It has a spherical shape with a rough, hard surface, usually colored in hues of white or light gray. This species has a high tolerance for cold temperatures and is often found at great depths.
