Anemone Coral [Goniopora tenella]
Description
Goniopora tenella often appears as a delicate colony with numerous slender polyps that can look like a miniature meadow. Divers may spot it in calmer reef areas, where the polyps extend to capture food and the colony’s surface becomes noticeably more “alive” as they open.
