Actinothoe gravieri [Actinothoe gravieri]

Description

Divers may spot this species as a small, delicate sea anemone-like animal attached to rocks or other hard substrate. It often appears as a compact cluster of tentacles that subtly sways with the current, giving it a lively, almost “breathing” look. With careful observation, you can see the tentacles arranged in a neat, radial pattern.
