Abdopus capricornicus [Abdopus capricornicus]
Description
This octopus is a master of staying out of sight, often positioned close to the seafloor where it can blend with rock textures and shadows. Divers may catch a glimpse of its changing coloration and curious hunting behavior before it slips back into cover.
