Indo-pacific Bottlenose Dolphin [Tursiops aduncus]
Description
The Indo-Pacific Bottlenose Dolphin is a species similar to the common bottlenose dolphin. Differences include a more slender body, a longer beak and smaller group sizes. They are found in the waters of the Indian Ocean to the western Pacific. This species is known for its high intelligence and use of tools, such as marine sponges, to forage for food.
