Description
The Bignose fanskate is a species of fish in the family Rajidae. It is found in the southeastern Pacific Ocean along the coasts of Peru and Chile. This species is characterized by a large, rounded snout, a relatively small mouth, and a tail with lateral skin folds. It is a benthic species, often found at depths of 100 to 500 meters.
