Carnac worm [Lysidice carunculata]

Description
The Carnac worm is a marine species found in the Western Central Pacific region. It prefers muddy or sandy substrates in shallow coastal waters. The species is recognized by its long, slender body with 19 pairs of gills, as well as a distinctive caruncle - a fleshy, lobe-like structure - on its head.
