Description
Petitia multivittata, also known as the Multiband Goby, is a species of marine fish found in the Indian Ocean and Western Pacific, from the Maldives to the Philippines. It is a small species, reaching a maximum length of 3 cm. This species is characterized by its elongated body, and the presence of numerous vertical bands, giving it its common name. They inhabit shallow, inshore waters, often in association with coral reef environments.
