Hypselodoris obscura [Hypselodoris obscura]
Description
Hypselodoris obscura tends to be more subdued in appearance compared with some of its flashier relatives, but it still draws attention with its distinctive dorid shape and subtle color contrasts. Divers may encounter it on reef slopes and rocky patches, typically close to sponge habitats. When it’s calm, you can sometimes watch it slowly reposition as it searches for food.
