Confetti Dorid [Hypselodoris confetti]
Description
As the name suggests, this dorid can look like it’s sprinkled with “confetti” across its body, with contrasting spots or speckles. Divers often find it moving slowly over reef surfaces, where it blends just enough to be challenging but still unmistakably colorful. If you spot one, take your time—these nudibranchs tend to stay in the same general area while they forage.
