Babai’s Wart Slug [Phyllidia babai]
Description
Phyllidia babai is a smaller, less commonly encountered wart slug that divers may notice by its distinctive texture and contrasting coloration. It’s usually found crawling along reef substrates, often staying close to the surfaces where it feeds. Patient divers can sometimes watch it reposition its body and continue grazing in a steady, unhurried way.
