Spotted-stripe Rainbow Dorid [Goniobranchus decorus]
Description
Divers often spot this dorid nudibranch for its bold, candy-like color pattern—typically a vivid background with contrasting spotted or striped markings. It moves slowly along the seafloor, usually keeping close to where its food sources (often sponges) are growing. With a little patience, you can watch it glide and subtly change its posture as it searches for the next patch of habitat.
