Dainty Rainbow Dorid [Goniobranchus conchyliatus]
Description
This tiny dorid nudibranch is a real color burst, often showing delicate rainbow-like tones and a speckled, velvety look. Divers typically spot it on or near sponges and other slow-growing invertebrates, where it can blend in until it moves. With a careful approach, you may see it slowly inch along the substrate, occasionally pausing as it feeds.
