Goniobranchus aurigerus [Goniobranchus aurigerus]
Description
This species is a striking nudibranch with bright, warm-colored markings that can look almost like a living jewel against the seafloor. Divers may find it cruising along sponge-rich areas, where it feeds and rests. Its vivid appearance and relatively slow pace make it a favorite subject for underwater photographers.
