Chromodoris michaeli [Chromodoris michaeli]
Description
Chromodoris michaeli can be encountered on rocky or reef areas where its preferred prey is present. Divers may spot it as a bright, patterned sea slug that slowly crawls over the seafloor, sometimes pausing as it feeds. Because it’s small and deliberate, it rewards slow, close observation rather than rushing past.
