Subplana Cuttlefish [Sepia subplana]
Description
Subplana cuttlefish often look like a living patch of the bottom, especially when they settle into crevices or rest on coarse sand. Divers may notice their quick, controlled jetting movements—followed by a sudden stillness—as they switch from exploration to camouflage.
