Sepia plana [Sepia plana]
Description
Sepia plana is often associated with sandy or muddy areas, where it can lie low and become nearly invisible. Divers who spot one may notice it “staying put” while its skin patterns subtly change, then suddenly darting away with a jet of water when disturbed.
