Description
Divers may encounter this species near rocky bottoms and reef edges, where it patrols for food from sheltered spots. Its ability to blend with the surrounding texture makes it easy to miss until it moves. When disturbed, it can retreat rapidly, sometimes with a quick jet of water that leaves the area suddenly empty.
