Bumblebee Octopus [Octopus hummelincki]
Description
Divers may spot this small, boldly patterned octopus tucked into crevices, often hovering just above the seafloor like a living puzzle piece. When it feels threatened, it can rapidly change color and texture, blending into the surrounding rock while keeping its arms ready for a quick retreat.
