Octopus hongkongensis [Octopus hongkongensis]

Description

This species is frequently associated with rocky habitats and crevices, making it a great “look closer” find for divers. With its ability to shift color and pattern, it can appear to vanish against the substrate, then reappear as it moves—often with a curious, deliberate arm reach.
