Scalloped Bonnethead [Sphyrna corona]
Description
Divers may spot this small hammerhead cruising just above sandy or rocky bottoms, often in loose groups. Its distinctive head shape and scalloped edges make it stand out as it glides smoothly, sometimes pausing to hover while scanning the seafloor for prey.
