Bloody Spanish Dancer [Hexabranchus sanguineus]
Description
With its broad, flowing body and dramatic red tones, this nudibranch looks like it’s “dancing” as it moves over the bottom. Divers may spot it in sheltered reef areas, where it often rests or glides near its food sources, showing off its striking color and texture.
