Pagoda Snail (Pagodoides) [Columbarium pagodoides]
Description
As the name suggests, this species resembles a pagoda—its shell shows stacked, angular whorls that create a stepped silhouette. Divers may encounter it on rocky walls, boulders, or among coral rubble where it stays close to the substrate. Because it’s small and often motionless, the best sightings come from slow, careful scanning of crevices and shaded spots.
