Natal Pagoda Snail [Columbarium natalense]
Description
Natal pagoda snails are compact, sculpted gastropods with a shell that forms neat, tower-like ridges. Underwater, divers may find them clinging to hard substrates in calmer, sheltered areas. Their patterned shells can look almost architectural against the rock, especially when light catches the raised surfaces.
