Eudendrium macquariensis [Eudendrium macquariensis]
Description
This hydroid often forms colonies that cling to the seafloor or grow from crevices, creating a delicate, upright look. When polyps are active, the colony can seem to “wake up,” with small feeding structures extending outward to capture plankton.
