Eudendrium capillaroides [Eudendrium capillaroides]
Description
Divers often notice this hydroid as a delicate, branching “feather” or lace-like colony that can look almost hair-thin against rocks, wrecks, or seagrass. In good light it may appear pale to translucent, with tiny structures along the branches that can be easy to miss until you get close.
