Eudendrium aylingae [Eudendrium aylingae]
Description
Divers may encounter Eudendrium aylingae as a compact, branching hydroid colony that adds texture to rocky habitats. Its fine structure can be easy to overlook at first glance, but up close it reveals a living network of branches with feeding polyps that can become more apparent as currents shift.
